Tattoos:

• You must fully and honestly complete a consent form upon your arrival at the studio.
• You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• You must not attend your appointment with sunburn or damage to the treatment area.
• Failure to meet these conditions will result in refusal to conduct your appointment and any payments or deposits already made will not be refunded.
• First touch up is free if booked within six months of the original appointment.

Piercings - Ear Lobes

• You must be 18 or older to attend alone.
• If you are 7 or older you may have a single lobe, stacked lobe or floating lobe piercing if your parent or legal guardian can attend with you. They must provide their ID as well as proof of legal guardianship if applicable.
• You must have valid ID with you for our records.
• You must eat prior to your appointment.
• You must fully and honestly complete a consent form upon your arrival at the studio.
• You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

Piercings - All Other Ear Piercings

• You must be 18 or older to attend alone.
• If you are 16 or older you may have any ear piercings if your parent or legal guardian can attend with you. They must provide their ID as well as proof of legal guardianship if applicable.
• If you are 13 or older you may have any ear piercings with the following exceptions, if your parent or legal guardian can attend with you. They must provide their ID as well as proof of legal guardianship if applicable.
  Exceptions: Orbital, Scaffold or Industrial, Vertical Scaffold

• You must eat prior to your appointment.

• You must be 18 or older to attend alone.
• If you are 16 or older you may have any nose, facial, oral or naval piercing if your parent or legal guardian can attend with you. They must provide their ID as well as proof of legal guardianship if applicable.

• You must be 18 or older to attend.

• You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Anatomy

Piercings can be anatomy dependant. If the piercing you would like is not compatible with your anatomy on the day of your appointment then other options will be offered to you and you will be able to choose a different piercing.
If you do not want any other piercings that it fine, however no refund can be offered in this instance.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel any appointments then please contact the studio directly. All cancellations will result in the loss of any payment or deposit.

If you wish to reschedule your tattoo appointment then please contact the studio directly. You must give one week’s notice to reschedule without cost. If you’re unable to give satisfactory notice, any payments or deposits will be forfeited and you will need to pay again to book the new appointment.

If you wish to reschedule your piercing appointment then please contact the Pricking Thumbs directly. You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule without cost. If you’re unable to give satisfactory notice, any payments or deposits will be forfeited and you will need to pay again to book the new appointment.
